The positive radiation of ultrasonic waves in the cleaning liquid makes the liquid flow, producing tens of thousands of tiny bubbles with a diameter of 50-500μm, and the tiny bubbles in the liquid vibrate under the action of the sound field. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone where the ultrasound propagates longitudinally, while in the positive pressure zone, when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles increase rapidly and then close suddenly. Shock waves are generated when the air bubbles close, and thousands of atmospheres are created around the air bubbles to destroy insoluble dirt and disperse it in the cleaning fluid. When the group of particles is wrapped by oil and adheres to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil is emulsified and the solid particles are separated, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the part.
